Loper is the Dutch word for 'runner'. Loper is built by Greylag AI, a small company based in the Netherlands.

The idea for Loper came from a simple frustration: generic training plans don't work for most people. Life gets in the way, motivation fluctuates, and a plan that doesn't adapt is a plan you'll abandon. We set out to build something better.

Our AI coach is powered by Claude, Anthropic's language model. It combines deep knowledge of running physiology and training methodology with the ability to have natural, context-aware conversations. The result is a coach that gets smarter the more you train with it.
