Loper — AI Running Coach

1. Service description

Loper provides AI-powered running training plans and coaching through a web and mobile application. The service is offered by Greylag AI, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99995964.

2. Account registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use Loper. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Loper offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription or a one-time plan purchase. Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed by Stripe. For iOS app purchases, Apple's standard terms and refund policies apply.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact info@Loper.

5. Health disclaimer

Loper provides training suggestions generated by AI. These are not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any training programme, especially if you have existing health conditions. You train at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Loper service, including its design, code, and AI-generated content, is the property of Greylag AI. Training plans generated for you are licensed for your personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Greylag AI's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data and privacy

Your use of Loper is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data practices.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
